he Kingdom of God is advancing powerfully on all continents! It is thrilling to witness the major growth of churches, ministries, networks and apostolically led businesses and see every generation being touched by the power of God. Here are some of the highlights from my travels and work throughout the world:
Apostolic leaders are working hard to propelling the advancement of the Kingdom of God in Australia. In 2014, I had many leadership and church meetings in Perth with Apostle John McElroy and others to impart vision, equip with practical leadership skills and expose some of the myths and unhealthy practices in the modern church. People are hungry to learn and walk in Biblical apostolic vision for church and the marketplace. Great works are going on in New Guinea, New Zealand, and Tasmania. As the International Convernor for ICAL, I work with the leaders of the Australian Coalition of Apostolic Leaders (ACAL) and this year’s annual meeting in Canberra was the largest ever. John McElroy was set in at the new Convenor for ACAL by John Macknamara, the Continental Facilitator for Asia-Pacific region.
The Church is soaring and apostolic leadership dramatically increasing in South America! The tremendous growth of the Church that I saw in Manaus and Sao Paulo, Brazil reminds me of a jet airplane propelled by the Holy Spirit with two powerful wings: one supported by celebration and the other by the cell group model and a huge wide body designed to carry the heavy load of people from earth to Heaven! In Manaus, I spoke in two major conferences and a youth conference with over 5,000 and to over 50,000 believers on the banks of the Amazon River at a special evening celebration for Jesus. In between, I met with apostolic leaders from across the country and world. In Sao Paulo, Rene Terra Nova assembled over 1500 apostolic leaders to discuss the apostolic movement in Brazil and throughout South America. From this meeting, the official formation of the Brazilian ICAL was established with over 500 apostolic leaders and Apostle Terra Nova as the Convenor. We are all very excited about the new developments with our relationship serving the advancement of Christ in Brazil and the new Brazilian Coalition.
Righteousness Exalts a NationOn to Santa Cruz de la Sierra (where Apostle Alberto Magno invited Rene Terra Nova, me and others to speak to about 5,000 attending a conference primarily for his apostolic network. I spoke on – Righteousness Exalts a Nation! The next day about 8,000 of Apostle Magno’s 11,000 member church conducted a prayer march through the city followed by a night of celebration for the glory and honor of God in the soccer stadium filled with over 24,000. Apostle Alberto, Rene and I exhorted the crowd and had a powerful time of praise, worship, prayer and prophetic pageantry with over 200 dancers. The Bolivian ICAL and the Church are growing strong!
At this year’s Annual Canadian Coalition of Apostolic Leaders (CCAL) I was thrilled to see how much the coalition has expanded and attracted leaders from across the nation. George Johnson , the CCAL Convenor, is an excellent leader who inspires everyone with insightful and wise words. I charged the assembly to press on to a new level of Apostolic Faith and how to come into the next move of God; embrace change!
I had the honor to meet Apostle Samuel Arboleda Pariona, the man who spearheaded the apostolic movement in Peru and many gifted apostles. Apostle Pariona developed many churches in the poorest ghetto in Lima. I had the opportunity to preach in three locations on the New Testament church and the restoration of apostles. Apostle Pariona arranged a special meeting with 13 of the 14 leading apostles in Peru attended to discuss apostolic vision and the formation of the Peruvian ICAL. They were very pleased to hear the structure of the Coalition is a horizontal /fellowship and unanimously agreed to form the coalition with an overwhelming YES! I explained the role of the Convenor as a communicator, administrator and relational hub and their role as the spokes on the wheel that will carry the Church spiritually throughout Peru and other nations. Apostle Pariona is the progenitor of the Peruvian Coalition of Apostolic Leaders and I appointed Apostle Pedro Hornque B as the Convenor. He leads the largest church in Peru (exceeding 100,000 members) and one of the largest in Latin America. Apostle Fernando Guillen from Brazil assisted in all the arrangements for the Peru apostolic meetings. He is doing a phenomenal ambassadorial work in many countries and will be working with the South and Central American coalitions as the facilitating apostle for ICAL.
