Marketplace Event: Lead Global 360 in Brazil

On February 22-24, I will be in Brasilia, Brazil with Lead Global 360, a team of Christian Marketplace Leaders for a powerful conference.

Speakers include: Thomas Walker, Anthony Young, Carlos Servin, Rene Terra Nova, Kimberly Thomas, Fabio Bertoni, and many others.

 One of the members of Lead Global 360, Thomas Walker, detailed the purpose of the conference below:

The purpose of this conference is to gather as many entrepreneurs and business people as possible, both existing as well as aspiring, to hear from God together through the experiences and teachings of men and women of God who have been walking under a special anointing to the Marketplace.

 Men and women of God, who understand that we are living in a moment when God is raising up an army of people who realize their true calling and have been called and anointed to transform culture through their God-given talents, skills, and experiences to affect their sphere of influence where God has planted each one with the opportunity to make a difference.

 God is raising up an army of people who understand that the church has neglected its true calling of manifesting the kingdom of God in every area of society and changing the culture in the world.

 But to change the culture in the world, we first need to change the culture in the church.

 There is a rising understanding, in every denomination and in every culture and country, that we are called by God to advance the kingdom of God through our natural skills and abilities, added to our experience in life, and under the anointing of the Holy Spirit, he has sent us forth to affect culture by representing the power of the kingdom of God in our everyday day life, in our workplace, and in our social life - in everything we do.

There’s also an understanding that we are called to build sustainable and powerful businesses that will be used by God to create the resources to bless our generation and the coming generations as a representation of what God can do through our relationship with him, expressing his creativity and authority in the world around us.

 In Brasilia, we are bringing together leaders from the United States, Mexico, and Brazil to share the experience, the revelation, and the apostolic direction for this year and the coming years.

 We want to affect as many people as we can with this vision of the advancement of the kingdom of God through a profound relationship with Jesus, and with each other so that we can become the incarnation of the Lord’s prayer - “May your kingdom come, may your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.” We know that many of those who are already in the marketplace have not yet understood their full calling in Christ to influence the sphere of influence where they are planted and, therefore, are not effective.

 We want to be used by God to make that calling clear and help people identify their specific anointing, and how to apply that anointing to their everyday life.

 There are also many who are still dreaming of fulfilling that calling, who have the awareness of the call, but many times, lack the resources or the encouragement and motivation needed to keep the flame ablaze, to be able to go out there and see those dreams become destiny.

Then there are the church leaders who do not understand the full potential of the apostolic mandate of the business community, and it is our desire to bring clarity and understanding to enable the church leaders to unleash the potential of their marketplace leaders to fulfill their calling in the marketplace.

 Also, to expand the vision of the local church to understand its place in the move of God to advance the kingdom across the land.

 We believe this conference is going to make an impact in such a way, that lives will be transformed, vision will be renewed, the calling of God will become crystal clear.

 The anointing to do business will be released, the coming together of the church ministry and the Marketplace ministry will happen in such a way that will revolutionize the church and increase its impact on culture around us.

 One person who can really understand his/her calling in God and surrender to the anointing that God has for him/her can change whole communities.

 Now imagine hundreds of people understanding this and walking into this and what effect it will have on cities, regions, countries, and our generation.

We also believe there is a very strong purpose in what God is doing in Brazil and the United States and in all of America and we see this movement growing in such a way that we will witness a strong move of God in the marketplace, networking globally to increase the resources of the Body of Christ and become God‘s answer to everything that’s happening in the world around us.

We believe that God is going to reveal Himself powerfully to us at this conference as we come together in humility and believe that He can use us as we give ourselves to Him with the understanding of our purpose and calling to be His expression in the spheres of influence He has planted us.

 So, going back to the beginning, we believe that God is bringing together those whom he has called to be a part of this move of God, and this will unleash their lives to fulfill their destinies and take the fire, and spread it out across the country and globally.
