The Foundation Rock

When I came to a radical faith in Christ, my heart, mind, soul, and spirit were forever transformed. I immediately realized God‘s word was the foundation for me to stand on. It gave me a very different view of the world than I had previously, especially regarding the sins and wickedness of individuals, cultures, and governments.

The Bible is an encyclopedia of commands, principles, insights, and examples of life issues.

Having a biblical-based worldview is critical too; “ destroy arguments in every lofty opinion, raised against the knowledge of God and take every thought captive to obey Christ” (2Cor. 10:5) “See to it no one, takes you captive by philosophy and empty deceit, according to human tradition, according to the elemental spirits of the world, not according to Christ “(2 Col. 2:8)

 The icing on the cake of my worldview is in this declaration made by Jesus in his Sermon on the Mount. “Everyone then who hears these words of mine does them will be like a wise man who builds his house on the rock”( Matt. 7:24).

The foundation rock is the authoritative Word of God!
